PSS-8 Probe

The PSS-8 pitot-static mount provides static and total pressure in a single probe. The system is optimized for smaller UAV applications. It is light, rigid and durable. The mount features Simtec's PSS-8 probe on a strong and light carbon fiber tube. The probe is made of strong aircraft grade aluminum for maximum rigidity. The static ports are drilled into to aluminum part of the probe for highest precision and quality. The mount can be attached on the UAV using two or four M4 screws. To keep the pressure lag of the system to a minimum and balanced between total (Pt) and static pressure (Ps) the internal volume of the system is kept as low as possible.

The mount can be attached on the UAV using four M3 screws.
